Zooming into your Career North Star

- By the end of the year, what would you want to achieve to call 2025 the best year yet for your career? (Take a timer of 10-15 mins and write down everything without any filters)

- Imagine we are in December 2025. Out of everything you have written, what is the one thing you want to achieve to call 2025 the best career year yet?

This is the tough exercise. You may want to take break when it becomes fuzzy and come back to it. 

Once you have circled that one thing, that is your north star!

5 Questions to reach your north star!

It's not enough to identify the north star, you want to reach it too. 

Take some time to write down the way to reach there: 

1. What do you need to learn to reach the north star?

2. Who can help you to reach your north star?

3. What resources do you have to reach your goal?

4. Who can help you be accountable to your north star?

5. How can you track progress towards your north star (monthly/ quarterly)?

Take some time out this coming weekend to think of these questions to set yourself up for success!
