This is the flagship program where Shub will work 1-on-1 with you till you get your next job. This will cover all aspects of job search including your positioning, strategy, CV/ LinkedIn done for you, finding networking opportunities, interview prep for as many opportunities as you interview, salary negotiation until you sign the contract, and succeed in your first month at the new job.
Branding Yourself
Through an in-depth 60-90 minutes call with you, we will deep-dive into your experience to pull the most relevant parts and value proposition for the role you are targeting. And then create ATS-friendly CV and LinkedIn profile which gets noticed.
Interview Preparation
Set of 3 mock interviews 1-on-1 over Zoom to cover all grounds in a Behavioral Based Interview –HR/ Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Senior Stakeholder or any other group you prefer followed by personalized recommendations..
